Nasty C Slams Ghanaian Media Outlet On Instagram Over ‘Divisive’ Comments

South African artiste, Nasty C, has thrown jabs at a Ghanaian media organization on social media for what he describes a s a comment that will instigate members of one team against one another.

The Instagram user was making a comment about the performance of Nasty C and stonebwoy who both performed at the MTV Base Africa and Youtube Africa Day benefit concert. The concert which was to mark the African Union day saw some of Africa’s biggest stars perform to raise funds for food and health assistance in Africa during these hard times.

The show was hosted by British actor Idris Elba and saw the likes of Stonebwoy, M.anifest, Nasty C, Diamond Platnumz, Sho Madjozi and others deliver stunning performances.

Some fans and media outlets who witnessed the show gave their views of what they watched.

A media outlet Shine Publications Ghana took to Twitter with a bias critique, “So @diamondplatnumz and @nasty_csa had the best visual presentation at the Mtv Base Africa ‘Africa Day’ Virtual Concert. But @stonebwoyb had the best and most relevant song for the occasion.“

After expressing his view, Nasty C who was mentioned in the tweet decided to give them a piece of his mind. He was worried about why Africans can’t even celebrate our own people in peace.

“Look at your unprovoked filthy energy smh. Why you comparing dudes who play for the same team. The team that THE WHOLE DAY WAS ABOUT we can’t even celebrate our own people in peace,“ he said.
