BEEF ALERT! Tiwa Savage & Yemi Alade Unfollow Each Other

Mavin Queen, Tiwatope Balogun-Savage famously known as Tiwa Savage and Mama Afrique, Yemi Eberechi Alade, a.k.a Yemi Alade have recently unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Word on the street is Yemi Alade was a guest on OAP Misi of HOT 98.3 FM show, Lagos. Misi had criticised the Mavin first Lady, Tiwa by saying she isn’t an amazing singer as she shouts while at it. Misi hailed Yemi for her vocal range, and the later was seemingly happy with the comparison.

This led to Tiwa doing a short video where she sang and insinuated that Misi had begged her for favors at some point. Now, as fans are quick to do, both sides are engaged in a social media war with quite the number of defense and attack teams.

Now before you chant your battle cry and go all “off with her head”, the “Johnny” crooner, who had previously alluded that she was on the same level as Wizkid and Davido, and is still facing the heat from that fire, has currently taken a stand saying:

“You need to find a more encouraging approach! So many females are on top their game and there are plenty of thrones to go around. Tiwa is a King, any day, any time in her own right. #Respectoursmallhustleabeg #Wedothisforloveandnotforwar”.

While we are yet to hear officially from Tiwa Savage, we are saying the sky is big enough for everyone to shine.

A host of us are however keeping our fingers crossed for a Glee-inspired, sing off!
