All the single ladies, where are you at? You’d better be ready to put your hands up in some work gloves and be ready to get dirty

A century-old, stone-facade church that megastar Beyoncé reportedly just snatched up on Camp Street in the Garden District will need some serious renovations to turn it into a luxury hive.

The celebrity site TMZ reported Sunday that “Queen Bey,” as she is known among her massive pop- congregation, has purchased the 7,500-square-foot church at Camp and Seventh streets, near Joey K’s restaurant.

The church which is located in New Orleans is reported to be 7,500 sq. ft.

According to TMZ, the church building dates back to over 100 years old and was put at $850,000 (N306, 000,000).

The church had fallen into some disrepair as its small congregation dwindled over the years, and the few remaining members decided to sell it.

According to TMZ, it is unclear what Beyoncé’s latest purchase is meant for. It could be an investment, or maybe she wanted the land, or perhaps she plans to convert the space into a museum.

And guess what? The church is located near her sister Solange’s residence.

Time will tell what she will use the church for. An actual Beyoncé Mass or an investment maybe?
