Yemi Alade Celebrates Turning 29 With Black Panther Themed Birthday Bash

Self-acclaimed Mama Africa, Yemi Alade, is 29 today, and to celebrate turning a year older, the serial hit-maker hosted a heavily attended “Black Panther” themed birthday party over the weekend.

The birthday bash which stands out undoubtedly as one of the most creative and most talked about events we’ve heard of in recent times took place at the prestigious Ember Creek at the Landmark Towers, Lagos, and was definitely well worth the hype.

Inspired by the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, “Black Panther”, the party came alive with associated themes, artifact and attires. The conventional red carpet was even replaced by a detailed Vibranium carpet. How cool is that?

As expected, the multi award winning songstress’ event was honoured by the biggest names right now on the Nigerian entertainment radar such as Waje, Patoranking, Praiz, Niniola, Ill Bliss, IK Osakioduwa, and Fiokee.

Other celebrities in attendance were Denrele Edun, Olisa Adibua, Soti, Geniuzz, Squeeze Tarela, Uti, Soma, Beverly Osu, Bolly Lomo and Dalla Oruwari.

The vast major majority of the attendees rocked the Vibranium carpets with their “Wakanda” inspired outfits and took tons of scintillating photos which have since gone viral on social media.
