“Stop Beating Your Wife” – Timaya Claps Back At Politician Who Criticized Him Over His Statement Against Marriage

Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa, Timaya is in savagery mode as he hits back at an Instagram troll criticizing his advise to fellow artiste, Phyno on marriage, describing the troll as a fool.

News had emerged earlier in the week of Timaya advising Phyno to focus on having children rather than on getting married. Reactions had trailed the advise with many agreeing and others disagreeing.

The Instagram troll with the username etek_notions, who according to Timaya‘s clapback is a politician had written: “I was going through @instablog9ja and saw a suppose role model advising his friend to impregnate ladies and move on…. Don’t be fooled a lot of people are going through a lot and disguise under celebrity status to hide their phobia… Be careful who you take advise from …. #iamhappilymarried”

Well, Timaya wasn’t having it and lashed back at the man, calling him a fool, subtly calling him a failed politician and telling him to stop beating his wife.

The man wouldn’t go down easy and asked Timaya to apologize. Egberi Papa 1 refused and asked him to stop beating his wife while insisting that he would never be a successful politician.
