“Big Bag Alert”! Wizkid Signs Endorsement Deal With Ciroc

Nigeria’s Star Boy, Wizkid has officially announced his endorsement deal with Vodka brand, Ciroc after teasing us on twitter with his post “big announcement in 24 hours” yesterday.

This announcement was made first made on twitter. The versatile entertainer also posted an Instagram video of himself holding a bottle of Ciroc to his ear, which he ended by saying; “Don’t do drugs, do Ciroc”.

Wizkid who was seen two days ago with P Diddy also gave shout-outs to the other brands he deals with like Nike, Pepsi and Dolce & Gabbana.

Ciroc is a brand of eau-de-vie vodka, manufactured with grapes from the Charente-Maritime region of France. It is produced and distributed by the British-based multinational alcoholic beverage maker Diageo.

Since 2007, Sean “Puffy” Combs aka P Diddy has handled marketing and promotion for Cîroc in an “equal-share venture” with profits from the brand being split between promotional partner P Diddy and manufacturing partner Diageo.

Starboy Entertainment boss, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun aka Wizkid is a top Nigerian artiste, entertainer and performer. He started recording music at age 11 and managed to release a collaborative album with the Glorious Five, a group he and a couple of his church friends formed.

In 2009, he signed a record deal with Banky W‘s record label, Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E). He rose to prominence in 2010 with the release of the song “Holla at Your Boy” from his debut studio album, “Superstar” in 2011. Wizkid parted ways with EME and launched his label Starboy Entertainment in 2017.

Over the years, Wizkid has had notable singles and collaborations like “Ma lo” feat. Tiwa Savage, “One dance” ft Drake, “Soco” ft Terri, Ceaza & Spotless, “Kana” ft Olamide, “Love My Baby”“Pakurumo”,  “Jaiye Jaiye”“Bombay”, “Show You the Money” and lots more.

The heavyweight performer is also a recipient of numerous awards including two BET Awards and 3 Billboards Music Awards. We not only raise our glasses in congratulations but anticipate many more “big bag alerts” for the award winning entertainer.
