BET Awards: Wizkid Appeals To His Fans To Vote For Davido & Tiwa

Now, who doesn’t love a friend who is never shy to publicly support you and pray for your success? Anyone? We didn’t think so!

Starboy CEO, Wizkid took to his Instagram account  yesterday to appeal to his over 5m followers to vote for his colleague, Davido who recently got nominated in the upcoming BET Award show slated to take place next month.

Tiwa Savage (Wizkid’s supposed bestie) was also nominated in the same category as Davido. Not one to show partiality, the ‘Ojuelegba” hitmaker also used the opportunity to ask his fans to vote for Tiwa three minutes after posting Davido’s photo,

He wrote:-

“Oya my people! Go vote my guy @davidoofficial . Y’all know he deserves it. He put in work

#OneAfrica! #TogetherwePush”

For Tiwa Savage, he wrote;

“Oya don’t dull!! Vote da Hardest working woman i know @tiwasavage !! #OneAfrica!

#Togetherwepush”

Before settling their beef, the music stars were seen trading words, taunts and insults at each other on their social media pages.

However, last year saw Wizkid make the first move by inviting Davido to share the stage and spotlight with him to the delight of the audience.

Both stars performed Davido’s hit track, Fia and it was such a beautiful sight. This wowed fans as they were screaming to see them in a peace performance on stage.
