9ice Reveals Tracklist for Latest Album G.O.A.T.

Ardent fans of multi award winning veteran Nigerian musician, 9ice, are still in a state of excitement over the artiste’s revelation of his plans to release a brand new album which is titled G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) any moment from now.

The last time 9ice, whose real name is Abolore Akande, released an album was in 2016 when he commissioned “ID Cabasa”. The album was titled after veteran Nigerian music producer, ID Cabasa, and released by 9ice in the producer’s honour, for the major role he played in getting acts such as himself and Olamide out of the slums.

Once it is released, G.O.A.T. will be the 9th album of 9ice’s nearly two decade long music career. The 16-track body of work notable features not even one artiste. Production credits however go to Olumix (who also mixed and mastered all the songs on the album but one) DJ Coublon, Team Salut, Young John, Shocker, ID Cabasa, STG, and a host of others.

Interestingly, 9ice lists Almighty Allah and his four children – Zion, Miya, Maya & Michelle – as executive producers on the body of work. A bit of a surprise there, no?
