Adekunle Gold Becomes Unity Bank Ambassador, signs Endorsement Deal

Uber-talented Nigerian Urban Highlife Singer, Adekunle Gold, has started off the year 2018 in rather spectacular fashion as he just recently bagged an endorsement deal with one of Nigeria’s leading banks, Unity Bank PLC.

The hit-maker who keeps adding to his ever increasing fanbase with songs such as ‘Money’, ‘Only Girl’ and ‘No Forget’, recently hosted the maiden edition of his concert, ‘One Night Stand with Adekunle Gold’, on Boxing Day last year at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, and it was an electrifying success.

Adekunle, who was recently featured on ‘Agoro’ by Juls alongside Bisa Kdei, revealed a few weeks ago that the greatest risk he had to take because of his love for music was quitting a well-paying job.

Fans would recall that the artiste left the Olamide-led YBNL record label almost a year ago, and has since been on a mission to establish himself as a unique, authentic artiste – something we think he’s doing pretty well at so far.

The ‘My Life’ crooner has been making music recently under a record label called ‘Afro Urban’ which has been run by Adekunle himself and his team for close to a year. The singer was however reported to have stated that signing artistes might not be something the label would venture into anytime soon, citing the associated financial obligations as a challenge.

Well, we have a feeling that just might change sooner than we expected, thanks to Adekunle’s new relationship with Unity Bank.

Obviously still in excitement, the award-winning singer took to the popular photo-sharing social media platform, Instagram, to share a photo of himself signing the endorsement contract, thereby announcing the great news to his fans.

The photo was captioned thus:

UNITY means the state of being joined together as a whole.@unitybankplc and I are ONE! #MyNewFamily #Evergreen
