Tekno Slams Fan Who Corrected His Spelling on Instagram

It is very often thought that the mature celebrities on social media are the ones who effortlessly ignore internet trolls, regardless of how biting their comments – which sometimes border on body-shaming and even outright bullying – might be.

25 year old talented producer and Afropop sensation, Tekno Miles, seems to be having none of that this year, as the artiste recently came down hard on a follower who left a rather embarrassing comment that didn’t go down well with the singer on one of his Instagram posts.

The highly acclaimed producer of Davido’s massively successful 2017 mega hit, ‘Ifʼ, gave the follower who, from all indications, was bent on making him seem not very learned an epic come back.

This is how it went down.

The ‘Yawa’ crooner posted a photo of himself on what seemed like a platform of some sort surrounded by a throng of fans ostensibly gathered to watch the self-acclaimed ‘Slim Daddy’ do what he does best.

The singer posted the photo below with caption: “T E M P R E T U R E”:

In response to Tekno’s photo upload, the unfortunate follower with Instagram handle “@Washamspappi” apparently felt the need to correct Alhaji Tekno’s incorrect spelling and dropped a rather rude comment to that effect, thereby calling the singer out.

To more than a few people’s surprise, the serial hit maker clapped back, and he clapped back hard. Tekno responded to the trouble-seeking comment by practically asking the follower to simply commit suicide if he wasn’t pleased with the misspelt caption.

One would hope that clapbacks such as this one would serve as a deterrent to people who have a penchant for being rude to celebrities on social media simply because they can, but knowing the people of this world and their reputations, we are highly inclined to rather doubt that.
