It’s beginning to look like Barakah The Prince may be the Shatta Wale of Tanzanian and even East African music. No, it’s not because they look alike. They don’t. It’s not even because they sing in the same genre. Come on, Shatta Wale is a dancehall artiste.

It is because of the consistency with which he has been churning out songs and featuring on songs this year. While Shatta Wale has been everywhere in Ghanaian music, Olamide is doing same in Nigeria and Barakah The Prince appears to be holding fort on that front in Tanzanian music with his consistency.

Only just yesterday, Barakah The Prince teamed up with music producer, Abydad to release “Anameremeta” and is back again with a feature on what is actually a pretty cool song that has all the makings of a hit. Talk about hardwork, huh? Well, he delivers as he is wont to do and we completely recommend this.
