High Grade Family frontman, Samini returns with a new song titled “Mighty” and it’s a freestyle as the artiste did a freeflow. The Ghanaian singer has been largely silent since he released “Give Me Love” late July but now he returns in full strength and delivers.
Produced by Brainy Beatz, the song signals a comeback for Samini who we are used to hearing from everytime. Samini showed with this return that he’s still got it and is definitely here to stay, so we might all just get used to having the talented singer around.
Emmanuel Andrews Samini famously known as Samini is a Ghanaian singer and songwriter. He started singing in the church choir at the young age of 14 and began pursuing a professional music career in 1999. The dancehall and reggae artist signed his first record deal with Ashanti International.
His debut album, “Dankswere” was released in 2004 and topped the local charts for weeks, even winning two awards at the Ghana Music Awards.
Samini describes his music style as African dancehall which is a harmonious mix of high-life, dancehall, reggae and hiphop. The top notch artist has released six studio albums which have been highly successful. After his breakup with the Ashanti International, Samini started his record label, “High Grade Family”.
Over the years, Samini has had a lucrative career and notable collaborations with artistes like Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Muma Gee Asumadu, Wizkid, Kofi Kinaata, Dizzy Dee, Kaakie, Danny Lampo, De Boss and Kwabena Kwabena.
He has also performed alongside Akon, Sean Paul, Shaggy, Kevin Little, Damian Marley, Chaka Demus and lots more and on this new offering, he continues to impress fans and consolidate his position in the industry.
