Baddo Sneh, the big chief of YBNL is on freestyle mode as he drops a new one titled “Puna” to get fans really excited about its release.

The release of this freestyle is exciting because of the recent announcement by Nigeria’s National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) banning Olamide‘s song and that of Falz as well as Wande Coal‘s from being played on air. Some of the artistes had laughed it off with Falz threatening that they would see more vulgar.

Olamide is not a stranger to this industry at all. The YBNL nation boss, Olamide Adedeji famously known as Olamide Badoo is a Nigerian hip hop artiste. In 2000, the lyrical champion decided to pursue a career in music. When asked why music, he stated that having found his gift, he simply had to explore it.

Olamide was plunged into spotlight with the release of his single “Eni Duro” in 2010, under Coded Tunes record label which he was signed to then. Olamide went on to perform at The Hip Hop World Awards that same year and in 2011, he released his debut studio album titled ‘Rapsodi‘.

In 2012, Olamide left Coded Tunes and launched his label YBNL. Although he mostly raps Yoruba, Olamide has over six successful albums to his name as well as notable collaborations with WizkidPhynoPheelz ,Lil KeshTiwa SavageD’Banj, Davido, Wale , Reminisce amongst others.

Olamide is also the first Nigerian artiste endorsed by Ciroc and his talent has earned him over twenty awards out of his numerous award nominations.

This year, Olamide was on Ill Bliss’ “40 Ft. Container” before collaborating with actress-turned-singer, Eniola Badmus to drop “Ghetto Bred” and “No” to positive reviews. He and Phyno later did a collabo for the Super Eagles’ World Cup theme song titled, “Dem Go Hear Am”.
