Seleka did some interesting videos including “Mon papa a ça,” and “Trembled de Joie.” As Kozak, it released “A Boire” to popular acceptance.

As a group, one should say they didn’t do badly, though without a doubt they are yet to obtain the ppeal and musical leverage of, say, an Alpha Blondy. But this is only a matter of time.

Dosabadoseems a solo effort of one of the Kozak group maestro Nifa Fanfoule, but with the imprint of the group quite visible on the label.

In any case, did a fine job of it, harping his bars with ease, in the same sonorous voice for which he was known in the group.

One cannot say loses anything by going it alone here. Sometimes doing it solo seems more prudent. And the singer proves that much, without loss of rhythm or vocal delivery in this song.

Dosabadoshould unleash Nifa Fanafoule on a much larger stage with the right hype and promotion. It is a song of germane theme and uncluttered delivery.

My interests encapsulate cosmogony, oblomovism, world politics, culture, and anthropology. I also confess a fervid interest in blogging, copywriting, Jewish literature, children literature, diplomacy, world security… The list is by no means comprehensive.
