GHANAFuse ODG – Island

Fuse ODG – Island

Award winning British-Ghanaian hip-hop recording artist Fuse ODG sticks a marvelous landing with the release of his banging new track, “Island” which he released accompanied by top notch visuals to match.

Fuse ODG, fresh off the international hit track “Feels Like home”, released in collaboration with English DJ and Record Producer Sigala, music legend Sean Paul and popular American contemporary hip-hop musician Kent Jones, could just as well have just started his year with the energy he still has on.

Best known for his 2013 single “Antenna” which peaked at No 7 on the UK singles charts, Fuse ODG (Born Nana Richard Abiona) has been up to some lit stuffs this year, releasing a remix of his earlier hit track “No Daylight” featuring Bunji Garlin and as well as featuring on Samini’s banger titled  “Do that”.

The “Azonto” hit maker who also became the first Ghanian musician to win a Grammy earlier this year for his contributions on Ed Sheerans album, drops “Island” an irresistible mash up of Ghanaian energy with a reggaeton flavor rich with energizing rhythms and strident horns.

Island” is produced by the duo of Yrs Trly with Rgen, previous contributors to one of Fuse’s earlier huge successes “Antenna” and showcases his persistent ability to evolve his musical style, while giving his fans a taste of the auditory pleasures yet to come on his next album.
