With scorchers such as “Be My Woman”, “Believe”, “100”, “Cupid’s Crooked Bow”, “Palm Wine & Whiskey”, “Bear” and several others to his credit, M.anifest has continued to assert himself as a force to reckon with on the Ghanaian Hip-hop scene.
The multi award winning 35 year old rapper, singer and songwriter came through for ardent lovers of his music last year when he released the audio for “Me Ne Woa” which instantly became a fan favourite.
As expected, the just released music video for the track is perfectly befitting and manages to capture the feel of the song in its totality.
Produced by Afrodistrict and Callback Dreams, the music video was directed by the talented Makere Thekiso, making this another collaboration between M.anifest and Thekiso after having worked together on the video for “Simple Love” which was released last month.
The music video tells a rather familiar story of a man (M.anifest in this case) whose significant other is sick and tired of his late nights.
In a bid to pacify his woman, the man lets her know that he has to be away so late in order to give her the kind of life she deserves.
