Sensational Tanzanian Bongo Flava artiste Jux is back on his grind after a brief musical hiatus as he comes through with a banging new track dubbed “Fimbo” to thrill us all.
Jux, whose real name is Juma Mussa, was born in 1989, grew up in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and started making music in 2005 at the age of 16.
Having joined Cyril Kamikaze and Nigga Flo of the group Wakacha in 2008 and recording his first solo track later that year, Jux was persuaded to change his style of music from Rap to R&B.
Under producer Manecky, Jux released his first R&B single titled “Nimedata” which did much better than Jux anticipated, and the rest – as they say – is history, as the talented artiste has not turned back ever since.
Jux has earned himself an impressive fanbase with his many subsequent offerings such as “Napata Raha”, “Sipati Karaha”, “Mwambie Yeye” and “Utaniua”.
This time around, Jux – who has worked with the likes of Kamikaze, Mabeste, Stamina, Vanessa Mdee, M-Rap, Mo Racka and Gosby – is aiming to impress with his latest single “Fimbo” which is accompanied by a brilliant music video.
The A.M Records signed singer who is also a fashion icon in the Tanzanian music industry does what he does best on the love jam, and the song’s visuals do justice to the sizzling tune.
