One of Africa’s finest guitarist, Fiokee comes through with yet another banger and he titles this one “Very Connected.” On this scorcher, he scores the heavyweight feature of Modern Highlife sensation, Flavour Nabania.
Fiokee might hold exceptional abilities with guitar strings and might have been instrumental to several hit songs, he seems to be giving performing artists a run for their money these days with massive drops of his own.
The last time out, Fiokee whose real name is Ifiok Effanga went berserk when he unleashed “Like (Acoustic Version),” the original song of Reekado Banks which featured Tiwa Savage and to which he added his touch of guitar instrumentals.
Plus, he has also launched several guitar covers for massive songs including “Duro,” “Woju,” “Pick Up,” “Ololufe,” “After All,” and others.
This time, Fiokee goes on a roll again but with the musical prowess of Flavour, you just know “Very Connected” can’t go wrong.
The duo connected on a musical parlance where the former shared his touch of guitar instrumentals, interlaced with the vocal genius of the latter.
In the end, Flavour with his several hit songs and the continued buzz of his “Ijele The Traveler“ album adds not just the groove, melody and jolly; but also the authority and legitimacy that makes “Very Connected” a potential hit song.
