Dremo – Codename Vol. 1

DMV records artiste Dremo whose real name is Aboriomoh Femi Raymond releases his long awaited debut Extended Play (EP) to much fan hype and expectation, and he ‘codedly’ titles it “Codename Vol. 1”.

The EP which has been abuzz on social media long before its release was even announced by DMV top dog Davido on Instagram where he was quoted saying, “Dremo is just about to change Nigeria Rap Game with Codename EP”

The EP which spots a 9 track playlist of complete rap awesomeness of which 2 (“Bigger Meat” and “Nobody”, a Freestyle cover to Reminisce hit single “Ajigijaga”) had been earlier released has the “Izzokay” crooner going all out as he pulls together the skills and tweaks he has learned over time to make this release.

“Codename” features a series of talented artists including X3M’s star vocalist Simi among the big guns like Davido, Mayorkun, Peruzzi and Sinzu. Dremo is definitely charting a course to higher echelon of the Nigerian music industry with this one as fans are only just too curious to know where he goes from here.
