Terry tha Rapman, whose real name is Terry Madaki, has stayed relevant over the years with multiple hits, stellar bodies of work and undeniably remarkable collaborations. The artiste has proven himself no one-hit-wonder churning out scorchers such as ‘Awon Boyz’, ‘Edumare’ and ‘Spazmodic’ which easily come to mind when one thinks about the songs which the rapper has released over the span of his career.
For his latest body of work, the Nassarawa state indigene, who is the first born child of three, comes through with a fantastic masterpiece for his ever-growing, loyal fanbase. ‘The Life Of Joe Spazm’, which is a sequel to his 2009 mixtape, ‘Joe Spazm’, features an impressive 17 tracks, plus 4 bonus tracks, and is very well deserving of multiple listens.
Apart from production credits going to quite Bemshima, Beat by Maxxy, Andre Vibez, Doc Def, Tony Ross, Tega and a host of other people, the largely collaborative project features a myriad of appearances from industry favourites such as Simi, DJ Spinall, Oritsefemi, Pherowshuz, Douglas Jekan, Raezy, Lady Donli, Barz, Cynthia Morgan, Modenine, Enigma, Payper, and Boogey.
