You know what’s better than repaying a music label’s faith by putting up good performances? It’s to drop an album just a few months after you are signed, which is what Tall Rack Records signee, Rowlene has done with her newly released album called “The Evolution of a Robot: 2nd Generation”.
The new album boasts songs like “Cupid”, “Boy Bye”, “143”, “Without You”, “Swang Extensions”, “Won’t Get Better”, “Cheques”, “Space”, “Too Loud”, “Undone” and has artistes like Nasty C, Bigstar Johnson, Kane, Lastee, Crowned Yung, Nadia Nakai, Kid X, Gemini Major among others.
Rowlene whose full name is Rowlene Nicole Bosman shot to limelight following her feature on Nasty C‘s “Phases” in 2016 right after she released her debut single, “Imposter” in 2015.
Rowlene has dropped hit songs like “143”, “Stay”, “Swang Extentions”and collaborated with the likes of A-Reece, Bigstar Johnson, Nasty C, Lastee, Flame, and others.
She kicked off the year with the release of “Cupid” in February before dropping “Boy Bye” in May. “One Four Three” dropped in early June, followed by “Too Late” later in the month, and “Swang Extensions” towards month end on which she featured Nadia Nakai.
She released “One Two Step” in July featuring Lastee on it before adding “For Him” last month and “Try Me” earlier this month, and with this newly released album, Rowlene is on fire and we expect to see even more from her in the coming days and hey, we completely recommend that you listen to this.
